Showroom designer

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greet customers and help them with material selection that meets their style and budget
• Qualify incoming online and phone leads and set up appointments for Flooring/Kitchen/Bath Designers
• Flooring inside sales rep
• Assist in social media posting/management for the company in coordination with Store Manager
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Maintain CRM/sample check-out system
• Keep pricing up to date
• Backup for purchasing
• Other duties as needed

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable working with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work some Saturdays on a rotation
• Some experience in Facebook/Instagram social media/marketing a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum of basic knowledge of flooring/design required. Extensive knowledge highly preferred

Compensation is hourly wage plus monthly commissions. Also eligible for a discretionary annual profit sharing bonus based on employee performance and company performance as well as paid holidays and vacation.
